A: Those products generate fixed and cycled frequency. Users have to adjust the frequency and the speed by themselves. Otherwise, the rats will get used to the monotone tone and come back again. It is inconvenient and not done once and for all. Our products use the random frequency technology. The tone goes high and low randomly, which means that the rats will never adapt it. A: The ultrasound is a directional sound. The effective area decreases as the distance increase. The effective area of our products varies with the partition of your place. Generally speaking, the effective area indicates the indoor area without the solid barrier (e.g., cement wall)

A: You will see evident outcome about four to six days after our products functioned. The rat would resist for a while if it lived in your place for a long time. But soon it will be mentally ill. You can use a rat trap to catch it at that time.

A: In addition to using our products, the most important thing is to keep them away from the food. Put the food away when you finish them.
